1Do you offer luggage storage service?
We do not offer luggage storage, but guests are welcome to leave their luggage in the common areas if they wish. The area is camera surveilled and we have never had an issue. However, keep in mind that we are not responsible for luggage.
2What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 16:00 hours and check-out is until 11:00 hours. If you arrive before check-in, you can leave your luggage in the common areas and use the facilities, but your room or bed will not be ready until 16:00.
3Are any extra itemss included with the rooms?
All rooms include bed linen, towels, shower gel and shampoo for guest use.
4Are ther storage options in the shared rooms?
The 10-bed shared room has lockers for storage of belongings. Guests must bring their own padlock. The 4-person shared room does not have lockable storage space.
5Is Wi-Fi available in the hostel?
Yes, we offer free, high-speed Wi-Fi in all areas of the hostel.
6Can I cook in the hostel?
Yes, we have a fully equipped kitchen available for all guests. We also provide oil, salt and sugar for guest use.
7Are there common areas to work, socialise and meet other guests?
Yes, we have common areas such as lounge, kitchen or patio where you can socialise and enjoy the company of other travellers.
8Are pets allowed in the hostel?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on our premises.
9What is the cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellation up to one week prior to your booking.
10How does the reception work?
We do not have a physical reception, but we are available by phone at all times for any needs that may arise during your stay.
